Lady Gaga is living up to her Bad Romance lyrics "walk, walk, fashion, baby, work it." The singer was spotted on Easter Sunday outside of Los Angeles' Soho House. Lady Gaga layered her large, oversized leather biker jacket over an oversized shirt and black tight shorts, showing off her long legs.
She paired the look with thick knee-high heeled platform boots, black bug-eye sunglasses, a black hat, and a thick chain necklace. The singer was accompanied by her fiancé, Michael Polansky , and her mother. Lady Gaga wrapped up her two weeks of Coachella as she was the main headliner for Friday's shows.
The singer performed songs from her latest album, MAYHEM, as well as classics like Poker Face, Paparazzi and more. This was Lady Gaga's second time headlining the annual music event, with her first being in 2017. Fans were able to tune into her set on YouTube and enjoy from the comfort of their homes.
After getting praised for her week one performance, Lady Gaga suffered technical issues during the second week. Her wireless microphone briefly failed during her performance of her song, Abracadabra . One of her dancers ended up handing her a backup handheld mic as she made her way down an elaborate stage setup.
The singer addressed the situation as she sat down and played the piano. As she addressed the audience, the singer said, "I’m sorry my mic was broken for a second. At least you know I sing live, and I guess all we can do is our best, right? I’ve definitely given you my best tonight.
I love you so much." Several fans were also quick to point out several "Easter eggs" scattered around her performance that were subtle nods to memorable moments in her career. Lady Gaga wore a metal armor and held crutches as she began her act by singing Paparazzi like in the original music video.
The singer also referenced the ending of the Bad Romance music video, where she is lying in a bed with a burnt skeleton and ash during her performance.
