Legal battle over Cochise County phone logs enters fourth year

BISBEE – A lawyer’s assertion that he did not receive a phone call or message from a Cochise County judicial assistant in 2021 is at the heart of a legal battle four years later over access to phone logs which might prove if the court employee followed a judge’s directive.
