I am writing in wholehearted support of Dr. Marilyn Johnson-Farr for the Lincoln Public Schools school board. As a lifelong educator and proud product of the LPS district, Johnson-Farr brings not only deep experience but unwavering commitment to students, families and educators of the community.
As her colleague in educator preparation, I have had the privilege of working alongside Marilyn and witnessing firsthand her ability to collaborate, lead with integrity and make a lasting impact. Johnson-Farr’s insight, steady presence and dedication to doing what’s right for students and teachers are unmatched. From her early days as a paraprofessional to her impactful years as a teacher and teacher leader, and now with three decades of service in higher education, Marilyn has spent her entire career preparing and supporting the very educators who lead our classrooms today.
