Magic Johnson is not at all pleased.

Los Angeles Lakers fans are in misery right now. This is after they watched their team lose Game 4 against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday, which saw them go down 3-1 in the series. The Lakers have now suffered back-to-back losses in the series, and Minnesota is just one win away from securing a spot in the second round and putting an end to L.

A.'s season. Among the fans who were left utterly disappointed by Sunday's loss is Lakers legend Magic Johnson.

The five-time NBA champ did not hold back as he revealed his brutally honest thoughts on Game 4. "I’m just sick to my stomach that the Lakers lost this game after being in control most of the 2nd half.🤦🏿‍♂️" Johnson posted on X.

I’m just sick to my stomach that the Lakers lost this game after being in control most of the 2nd half.🤦🏿‍♂️— Earvin Magic Johnson (@MagicJohnson) April 27, 2025For Johnson, the most disappointing aspect of this defeat is how the Lakers found themselves in the driver's seat for the majority of the second half, only for them to collapse in crunch time. Fans have already started pointing fingers, and a lot of them are pinning the blame on LeBron James for his decisions in the final moments of the game.

Johnson isn't going that far, though, but he has made it abundantly clear that he is disgusted with Sunday's loss. Only 13 teams in the history of the NBA playoffs have ever overcome a 3-1 series deficit. James did just that with the Cleveland Cavaliers back in 2016, and they remain the only team to win the NBA Finals after going down 3-1. Whether or not this Lakers side has what it takes to get this done remains to be seen.
