Lighthouse Poole, one of the UK's largest multi-venue arts centres, has been selected to participate in JPMorgan Chase's Force For Good programme. The initiative pairs software engineers with socially focused organisations to create technological solutions that help them achieve their goals. Over the next eight months, the Force For Good team will work with Lighthouse Poole to develop a system that offers bespoke communications and tailored experiences for its customers, enhancing their visits to the venue.

John Baker, head of audiences and communication, said: "This is a very exciting collaboration between Lighthouse and JPMorgan Chase's Force For Good scheme. "It will enable us to pilot new ways to improve our overall customer experience and grow our earned income to make even more of an impact in our community." The Force For Good team will spend the coming weeks familiarising themselves with Lighthouse Poole's systems and visiting the venue to fully understand the customer journey.

Since its inception in 2013, the Force For Good programme has partnered with more than 700 organisations worldwide, providing an opportunity for JPMorgan Chase employees to use their skills to support social causes..
