Margaret Palmer celebrates 100th birthday with family

Margaret Luzetsky Kolojejchick Palmer, the last surviving child of 10 children to the late Mary and Paul Luzetsky, turned 100 years old on April 5, 2025.Margaret Luzetsky Kolojejchick Palmer (SUBMITTED)Margaret has lived in Swoyersville most of her life.She and the late Leonard Kolojejchick raised 10 children (two deceased).

Margaret has 24 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren (one deceased) and one great-great-grandchild.Margaret also has family with the late Walter Palmer, including three stepchildren (two deceased), four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.Margaret celebrated her 100th birthday with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family came from California, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Texas, Alabama, Ohio, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania to celebrate.Margaret believes in prayer, hard work and sharing your talents with others. She loves gardening, cooking and going the daily word Jumble in The Citizens’ Voice newspaper.

She has been a great friend to many and has taught her family many lessons from her strong faith, discipline and moderation in all, and her love of cooking, and growing plants/people/faith.Happy Birthday Margaret-Marge-Mom-Gram-GG!
