'For the last few months, I've been dealing with some health stuff. Annoying, occasionally a bit scary. Every time I did cardio, it felt like a clamp was tightening around my chest.



Spoiler, it did not get better,' Mandy began. 'By Good Friday, things escalated. I was struggling at the gym, struggling more at home.

My trainer told me to stop and get checked out. I attempted to wait until after the long weekend (solid 0/10 plan).' The mother-of-one added the condition got worse and she was forced to go to the hospital for treatment.

'Three days ago I ended up in emergency. Then early this morning, they popped a balloon stent into my heart to deal with a blockage that had been sitting there like an uninvited guest at the world’s worst dinner party,' she said.
