The Brooklyn Nets are at home watching the playoffs. That means it's time to start thinking about the possibility of offseason upgrades. One obvious candidate is a pending free agent who could boost Brooklyn's scoring ability while bringing back a familiar face.

SI's Declan Harris suggests the Nets should aim to sign Caris LeVert in free agency. LeVert was traded at the deadline from Cleveland to Atlanta, and he's been strong off the bench for the Hawks in the final year of his deal. With the Hawks, LeVert put in 14.

He was then traded back to the Pacers in the four-team trade that ended with James Harden in Barclays Center.

LeVert would be a strong mentor for a team that wants to start to move back up the ladder. There'll be other suitors for the natural bucket-getter, but if he remembers his time in Brooklyn fondly, maybe LeVert could return to the Nets in a nice little reunion.
