New “Miami Vice” Film Confirmed

A report from scooper Daniel Richtman has been confirmed – “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Oblivion” director Joseph Kosinski is in talks to direct a new “Miami Vice” movie at Universal Pictures.In addition, Dan Gilroy (“Nightcrawler,” “Kong: Skull Island”) is writing the script, while Dylan Clark (“The Batman”) is producing.Michael Mann produced the original five-season 1980s TV series created by Anthony Yerkovich.
