‘‘The person allegedly making threats was located and taken into custody at the scene,’’ she said. A witness said the person was waving around what looked like a knife while yelling threats at strangers. ‘‘The guy was a wee little fella, looked like a tween — or a small teenager.

’’ He was not scared, because he would be able to ‘‘pick up the guy with one hand,’’ but he was happy he was arrested. laine.priestley@odt.
