Standard Capital Markets Limited (SCML) informed the stock exchanges over the weekend that its Board of Directors will meet on 30 April 2025 to consider a proposal for raising funds. The meeting will also review other potential business initiatives, the company said in a filing to the BSE on Saturday, 26 April.The company added that the meeting will be held with the permission of the Chairman and will comply with all applicable provisions laid down by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
