The film "Pinik", starring Ador Azad and Bubly, is gearing up for release this Eid-ul-Azha. The film was officially announced last November with the unveiling of its first-look poster, initially targeting a release during Eid-ul-Fitr. However, the plan did not materialise, and the film's team is now aiming for an Eid-ul-Azha release.
Director Zahid Jewel confirmed the news to a local media outlet. Although shooting was completed as per schedule, the team had to postpone the release due to pending post-production work. Speaking about the delay, Zahid Jewel said, "Our film involves significant VFX work, particularly in underwater scenes.
We wanted to execute them perfectly. Rushing to finish before Eid would have compromised the quality. Additionally, we wanted more time to work on the music.
To present the film as we envisioned, we needed more time, so releasing it during Eid-ul-Fitr was not possible." The director shared that "Pinik" is now ready for an Eid-ul-Azha release.
