POLICE have arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of drink driving after a four-car collision in Colchester. The authorities were alerted to the incident in the early hours of Saturday, April 12, after a car collided with three other vehicles in Layer Road at about 3.50am.
The cars damaged included a Citroen, which suffered significant damage to its front, and two Volkswagens. It is not known which car was being driven by the drink drive suspect. Police arrested the man at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.
