Qatar Leadership Center celebrates graduation of its 12th batch

Qatar tribune QNA Doha Qatar Leadership Center (QLC) celebrated the graduation of its 12th cohort (2025), which included 142 promising leaders, including 127 graduates from the National Leadership Programmes and 15 graduates from the Executive Master’s in Leadership Programme. The ceremony was attended by HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, Chairperson of QLC; HE Sheikh Dr Abdullah bin Ali bin Saud Al Thani, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director; a number of ministers, senior state officials, faculty members, and the graduates’ families. In a speech, Sheikha Al Mayassa emphasised the role of the Qatar Leadership Center in supporting the state’s vision towards a knowledge-based economy by establishing a model of ethical and inspiring leadership.

She noted that this celebration is not merely an individual tribute, but rather an embodiment of a national vision that believes in the importance of building leaders. “Leadership is not a position, but rather an inspiration for others to dream, learn, and work. Qatar believes in you and awaits your creativity,” she said, emphasizing the values of leadership, saying, “Leadership is integrity in stance, courage in change, steadfastness in crises, and humility in success.



” Sheikha Al Mayassa added that this year’s graduates represent an extension of Qatar’s development journey, emphasizing their role in preserving the country’s gains and actively contributing to achieving Qatar National Vision 2030. She also highlighted the country’s achievements in education, the economy, and diplomacy, as well as its leadership in launching innovative initiatives. She also highlighted Qatar’s efforts to empower the Arab voice in the media, arts, and culture to be present and influential on the global stage.
