Sunday, May 4. An assortment of plants and hand-painted pots will be available. Cash, check and PayPal will be accepted.
In conjunction with this sale, the church will host its annual flower ceremony. The ceremonial exchange of flowers will be celebrated during the 9 a.m.
and 11:30 a.m. church services on May 4.
ManUp Conference 5K/1-Mile Fun Run The ManUp Conference 5K/1-Mile Fun Run will take place at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Baker Municipal Center Auditorium, 3325 Groom Road.
The event promotes spiritual and physical health and supports S.T.A.
R.S. (Students That Are Reaching Success), a citywide youth program.

Vaughn and Danny Ray Bishop, ("The Piano Man") from Calico Rock, Arkansas, will sing at 7 p.m. This is a free concert, but a love offering will be received.
