Rojhan police solve murder case of woman who was thrown into River Indus

Police in Rojhan, after a hard work of several days, have solved a case of blind murder, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday. According to Rajanpur police spokesman, a few days ago, a woman had been thrown into the River Indus alive. “Taking notice of the incident, DPO Farooq Amjad ordered SHO Umarkot Shahid Hussain to arrest the assassins, he said, adding, “Following an inquiry, it emerged that the woman was thrown into the river by her husband and in-laws for honour.

” He informed that the woman’s body was identified with the help of DNA. Commenting on the development, the DPO has said that one of the suspects in the case has been arrested. He has said that those responsible for the woman’s murder will be brought to justice so that her family could heave a sigh of relief.
