Sarah Michelle Gellar Reveals 'Simple' Reason Why Her Marriage to Freddie Prinze Jr. Has Lasted Two Decades

Sarah Michelle Gellar is giving some inside tips about how to make a marriage last. The 48-year-old actress, who has been married to 49-year-old actor Freddie Prinze Jr. since 2002, revealed the trick that they use as a couple to keep the peace.

“Separate bathrooms. It’s that simple,” Sarah said while on TODAY with Jenna and Friends . If you didn’t know, Sarah and Freddie first met on the set of the 1997 horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer .
