Society must confront reality of sexual violence

I REFER to the Kelantan police chief’s statement that rape and incest cases in the state are increasing annually, as reported by Bernama on April 9. He said 252 sexual crime cases were reported in 2024, an increase of 22.3% compared to the previous year.
