Two actors who portrayed Manuel L. Quezon just met up! TJ Trinidad visited the set of the upcoming “ Quezon ” film, and met with the current actor portraying Manuel L. Quezon, Jericho Rosales, and the cast and crew.
As seen on TBA Studios' Instagram post, the Quezon actors shared hugs. “Quezon supporting Quezon, served by two incredible talents [Jericho Rosales and TJ Trinidad]! (We miss you [Benjamin Alves]!),” the post said. The production company added, “Huge thanks for your support, [TJ]! It was such a treat to have you visit the set of #Quezon!” TJ previously portrayed President Quezon in “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral” in 2019.
According to a GMA Entertainment report , the actor has been working in the corporate world for aviation companies in recent years. The actor last had a special appearance in the GMA Network series “The Gift” in 2019. Production is underway for "Quezon.
" It will follow the life of Manuel L. Quezon, a lawyer and a soldier who became the President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines from 1935 to 1944, highlighting his tumultuous presidential campaign against Emilio Aguinaldo. More cast members include Mon Confiado as Emilio Aguinaldo; "Game of Thrones" star Iain Glen as Leonard Wood, the United States Army major who served as Governor-General of the Philippines from 1921 to 1927; Benjamin Alves as a younger version of Quezon; Karylle as Aurora Quezon; and Joross Gamboa as Eduardo Rusca.
