Trump dials back tariff talk; Musk to focus on Tesla's slumping sales

President Donald Trump is hinting that he may reverse course on his massive 145% tariff on China, saying "It'll come down substantially but it won't be zero." It comes as Elon Musk is now refocusing his attention to his car company, Tesla, and away from the Department of Government Efficiency after a disappointing earnings report showing revenue for the company is tumbling.
