Qatar tribune VENEZUELAN PRESIDENT RECEIVES KHULAIFI President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro met with Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi in Caracas.
