Lincoln voters in District 7 have a uniquely prepared candidate for the Board of Education. I had an opportunity to work with Marilyn Johnson-Farr for several decades at Doane University. She is a passionate professional who cares deeply for teaching and learning.
Dr. Johnson-Farr, a lifelong Lincoln resident, has the practical experience in LPS schools and the academic preparation that allows her to plan for putting best practices in place. She does so with respect for all but a laser focus on making the LPS student outcomes better while keeping property taxes in check.
In addition to her work in education, Marilyn is a tireless leader.
