State issues final site permits for Mayfield solar array

MAYFIELD — Gov. Kathy Hochul announced earlier this week that the New York State Office of Renewable Energy Siting and Electric Transmission (ORES) issued final siting permits for three solar facilities across the state, including the Foothills Solar project in Mayfield. The announcement was made Tuesday to celebrate Earth Day, according to a press release from the state.
