The singer, 21, and Love Island star, 32, became fast friends on the recent ITV reality series with fans quickly speculating about their relationship. It comes after JoJo's split with ex-partner Kath Ebbs, after JoJo dumped them at the Celebrity Big Brother after party just hours after the show came to an end on Friday. Appearing on Monday's This Morning , JoJo broke her silence on her split and relationship with Chris.

Over the weekend, JoJo's now ex partner, Kath, claimed that JoJo dumped them at the Celebrity Big Brother after party just hours after the show came to an end on Friday. Kath, 27, flew over to London to join JoJo after she won third place on the ITV show, and opted to see her later in the day rather than being there to meet her as soon as she left the house. However, things didn't go to plan - while Kath wanted to talk through what she saw on screen, the Aussie podcaster claimed that JoJo ended things abruptly.
Asked about the claims on Monday's This Morning, JoJo admitted: "I knew as soon as I got out I wanted to fix things in my life and make the changes I needed to make." JoJo added that despite it being just days in the Celebrity Big Brother house, it felt like four years. This prompted host Ben Shephard to point out: "You did it very quickly, you made those changes at the wrap party by all accounts your ex has come out and talked about that as well, so that's obviously going to shine a light on it.
.." JoJo replied: "Yeah and I'll be honest, that was not a plan, that was not an intention that was not supposed to happen like that.
Initially I was told that the wrap party was something they didn't want to attend and then about an hour into the wrap party they decided they wanted to. "So I was genuinely just going to have a conversation before and then it just led to another, they asked me: 'Am I happy' and I said: 'No'. One thing led to another and that conversation did take place there.
" Elsewhere, JoJo was grilled about her relationship with Chris. Host Ben asked: "What's your relationship and what's going on between the two of you?" to which JoJo replied: "Obviously we're close, obviously we're tight." Chris added: "The thing is our friendship is like, it's just hard to explain, it's just a really strong bond between two people, which is just a strong friendship.
I think you can have a soulmate friendship, I think it's a thing!" Elsewhere in the interview, Ben asked: "So it's platonic right now but JoJo would you like it to be romantic, I mean he's a gorgeous boy!" To which JoJo replied: "Look, he's a great guy, it is platonic, we had a lot of fun together, life is life and I don't know any future of anything but I am really grateful for our dynamic that we have and our bond that we have. Whatever life does, life will do." Early on the series, Hollywood star Mickey Rourke left the Celebrity Big Brother house due to "further use of inappropriate language" and "instances of unacceptable behaviour".
This followed a previous episode where The Wrestler actor, 72, was issued a formal warning by Big Brother for "unacceptable language and behaviour" towards his housemate JoJo. Host Ben asked: "Have you heard anything from Mickey since JoJo, has he apologised, does he understand why what he was saying is not acceptable?" To which JoJo replied: "Look, after we had that moment in the house and day two, we had a lot more conversations. He did a couple of other things, I was like: 'You can't do that!'" The singer added: "But no, we have not spoken, I don't know if you have [Chris] since we have come out of the house.
" Later in the episode, Ben asked: "Are you going to be staying a little longer over here or are you going to be going to the States?" To which JoJo confirmed: "I leave tonight, today!" with Chris admitting: "Sad times, heartbreak hotel!" This Morning continues on weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV X..
