I found application worked best with a brush, but fingers do the job too. Available in 15 shades, the “tinted” veil offers more than just a tint—it builds to light-to-medium coverage that evens out skin tone, covers redness and blemishes, and leaves a natural-looking finish. The final result was a subtle glow that balanced my complexion perfectly.
I'm not usually one for a dewy base as it can make me look oily, but this gave just the right amount of luminosity to make my skin look fresh and healthy without too much shine. I must admit, the Daydream Screen Tinted Veil did feel slightly sticky after application, but a quick dusting of translucent powder on areas like my nose and under eyes sorted that out. It's free from silicones, oils and alcohols, which makes it suitable for all skin types including my sensitive and eczema-prone skin. However, it's designed to be used as a secondary sunscreen layered over your usual SPF, making it much easier to reapply throughout the day.
