Trailer: Matthew Goode In “Dept. Q” Series

Following the first photos the other week, Netflix has now released the first official trailer for “Dept. Q,” their third limited series collaboration from acclaimed writer/director Scott Frank.Frank and Netflix previously teamed on the western series “Godless,” and the chess-themed cultural sensation “The Queen’s Gambit”.

More recently Frank did “Monsieur Spade” for AMC.Here, Matthew Goode stars as DCI Carl Morck, a brilliant cop but a terrible colleague whose razor-sharp sarcasm has alienated him in the Edinburgh police.After a shooting leaves a young cop dead and his partner paralysed, he finds himself exiled to the basement and the sole member of the newly formed cold case unit Department Q.
