Additional Civilians Wounded in Kharkiv Strike
Later that day, seventeen people were injured when Russian drones bombed the city of Kharkiv. The regional governor, Oleh Syniehubov, said that among the wounded were children, one pregnant woman and a 93-year-old woman. The strike happened at about 1:05 a.m. in the Slobidskyi district, damaging two apartment buildings, starting fires and destroying private vehicles.
Syniehubov criticized the sniping attack saying that killing civilians in their homes at night shows the policy of constant terror.

A drone attack by Russia hit the northern Ukrainian city of Pryluky overnight and killed at least five people, including a one-year-old child. At least three of the victims died and six other people were wounded and hospitalized, the regional governor, Viacheslav Chaus, announced on Thursday. The attack came hours after it was revealed that Donald Trump had spoken with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the call, Trump also said that Putin had indicated a great desire to respond to Ukraine’s recent drone strikes on Russian airfields.
